Parts Hawk Machine
This custom machine is indexing and nailing 5 pieces of 7/16″ OSB from both sides. The machine can run 36″ to 96″ material with its extendable outfeed pushout. This customer was putting their OSB drops in the land-fill and with this machine, they are now able to reclaim them. Our custom solution is economical and is a good deed for the environment
Parts Hawk Machine
This Parts Hawk machine is indexing and nailing 4 to 5 pieces of MDF material from both sides. The lengths range from 49″ to 81″, and the width and height is always around 3″ x 3″. The thickness of each individual piece may vary, but that’s no issue for the Parts Hawk.
This customer uses the finished product as runners for pallets, or blocks for other shipping purposes. The MDF material was considered waste before it was repurposed.
